Thanks to the traineeship I can now confidently communicate with customers and colleagues. I used to really introverted but thanks to the work placement I feel comfortable in my job role and feel like a continuously developing. I would absolutely recommend Novo Training and already have to a few friends; the team are great and supportive throughout, I love them!
