Pavilion Training

Pavilion is Evolving

We’re excited to announce that Pavilion Training has been acquired by Novo Training, a Birmingham based training business who shares our passion for supporting young people in achieving their career ambitions.

Both groups are dedicated to the same three things; building an industry-leading culture for our teams, making a difference in the community and, most importantly, delivering outstanding training for young people across the North West and West Midlands.

As part of the new acquisition, there have been several exciting developments at Pavilion designed to enhance our offering for learners and employer partners.

  • We’ve given Pavilion a fresh new facelift and website to reflect our energy and corporate vibe – please click here to take a look
  • We’ve opened two fantastic new training centres in Birmingham’s vibrant Jewellery Quarter and also in central Liverpool.
  • Our Team has grown further with hires across Birmingham, Liverpool and Blackpool – click here to meet our fantastic Team
  • We have launched an invigorated new Traineeship programme – JumpStart is a fast-track course for 16-24 year olds providing essential workplace and progression skills alongside a work placement in their chosen sector.

Our combined team is excited to continue getting out into the communities within the North West and the West Midlands and providing hands-on support to young people. Our experienced Skills Coaches support learners across Employability Skills, Functional Skills (English, Maths and Digital) and foundation level sector-based qualifications.

Alongside this training, our dedicated Employer Engagement team then work with every learner to secure a specialist work placement in a suitable sector and work with them to either get them into full-time employment or onto a certified apprenticeship scheme.

We’re here to help. If you know any 16-24 year old who needs a little extra support in either making the first steps into employment or even what career path is right for them, then please ask them to get in touch!
